Homeland Security takes risky move in bulletin on Anonymous collective

Anonymous efforts to attack such systems could be thwarted by the lack of centralized leadership in the loosely collected group, the bulletin says, as well as a lack of “specific expertise” about how the systems work and how to attack them. However, the report notes, the latter could easily be overcome through study of publicly available information.

Anonymous should not be tempted. The report mentioned above, however, does just that. It is floating around despite being "For Official Use Only," which is something less than classified but more than public.

It should have been very, very classified.

In it, the government expresses the opinion that Anonymous lacks the "1337 5ki115" to hack vital U.S. infrastructure. Then they go on to point out that much of the info needed to do so is publicly available on the intertubes.
